This is another layout for LSS, I made this for a baby girl but you could use it for a mom, aunt, sister, friend, etc. Notice the extra LARGE tag on this one. I have had it for a while and kept thinking there was something fun I could do with it. Since using it here I now have other ideas for big tags so stay tuned......

Another look, I used the brown paper base to help tie in the brown on the patterned paper. It has a distressed look within the blue and pink stripes so I added more around the outside edges after I cut the patterned paper with a Cricut cart.

A closeup of the pretty flower cluster. You could use the doily for either a picture or journaling.

Here's a closeup of the flower cluster at the bottom left. If you look closely you can see the end of the large tag and the hole in that tag.

The bottom right has this beautiful, glittery butterfly.  I can't wait to use more of these on pages, too!
SSSOOO much fun!

Here's a layout for LSS, of a baby boy's page. Not sure I'm liking how my paper distressing turned out (first attempt), I think next time I won't make it quite as jagged. Maybe needs to be more subtle? What do you all think?
I misted the patterned paper with Denim Blue Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, added a brown satin ribbon that I hand pleated and then added  a printed ribbon at the bottom of that and over the top of a sheer blue striped ribbon with two onesie shirt brads. The other embellies are  Baby Boy sticker letters put on same colored cardstock and then trimmed out with decorative scissors, buttons, baby shoe brads and finally a copper tin bear was attached at the bottom left corner.

Santa Postcard L/O

This is for the LSS, when I saw this paper I knew exactly what I was going to do with it. Now I'm going to have to make one for me! I'm really happy with how this came out. Two pockets this time!

Closeup of the berry/holly pick and the poinsettias. Used a folded over doily at the top of the mats and just wiped across it with a dye ink pad to give it some color.

Closeup of the other set of berr/holly/poinsettias. At the bottom is a die cut border strip.

This is the last of my Christmas items for this year. :(

I am on to doing other things so stay tuned! I will be working on some Valentine's things soon and then I will post them. I have lots of fun things in my head planned so we will see if they turn out like I am hoping for and then you guys can all tell me what you think. Hopefully I can inspire you to do something like them!
Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year!
Thanks for all your thoughtful ideas and comments, they are all very appreciated.
TFL!!

This is another fun layout I did for LSS.
LOVING the colors and how the gold tulle adds that extra touch of sparkle.

Really like this size of poinsettias.
They white just add that little bit of pop you don't expect it to.

The pearls add the bit of "glam" I like so well.

You can see where I fussy cut around the pattern in the paper. I wasn't sure it was really going to work but I think it looks a bit whimsical here. Not real fond of green but these papers really worked well together. I may have to start using this green more.
TFL, please leave me a comment or two on your favorite layouts, I always enjoy reading your thoughts on my pages.

Blue Icicle and Snowflake L/O

Done for the LSS display, but I may have to do one of these for my stash as well. Really love how this came out, too.
White CS, direct-to-paper with a Brilliance blue pad, added glittered snowflakes, beaded trim at the top to resemble icicles and beautiful teal glittered leaf pick and white glittered poinsettias. Layered the photo mat on top of white doily (really liking these, too lately).

Beautiful Blue Poinsettia L/O

Another L/O for LSS display.
This is along the same lines as the pink layout. I used white CS, direct-to-paper blue Brilliance ink pad. Used the same around the photo mats. Added white poinsettias, took an ornament apart and used part of it in the top left corner, added teal blue tulle and pearls intertwined at the top of the page and the bottom right corner of the other photo mat.

Pink Christmas Layout

YAY! Another layout for me! Well, for my stash anyway. Not sure if I am going to keep the silver letters here or not. Thinking maybe a pink would be better but have to get some or cut some out and see. Thoughts?? Suggestions?? I'm open, I never glued the letters down yet just laid them on here to see how it would look.
